Who We Are
Headquartered in San Diego, ACMA was established in 2013 to empower and support filmmakers and change-makers who create impact and positive change within the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities in Southern California through media arts.
As part of its mission, ACMA offer various programs throughout the year, including:
- Asian Pacific Voices, its award-winning short-form documentary series and its podcast extension, Asian Pacific Voices Radio
- Take One, a vocational youth media training and internship program
- E4Women and MediActivism webinars
- APCC online business directory website for AANHPI businesses
Through these programs, we aim to bring a voice of unity, awareness, and empowerment for everyone in our community.
