Asian Pacific Voices

Asian Pacific Voices Television Series


Asian Pacific Voices is an award-winning, nationally broadcast short form documentary television series that spotlights the Asian Pacific Islander American experiences.

This includes inspiring stories of people, community organizations, art and cultural events. Select episodes are available to stream on YouTube.

Asian Pacific Voices Radio Podcast


Currently in production of Season III, Asian Pacific Voices Radio was created to explore the difficult social and cultural issues that affect AANHPI communities.

New episodes are released every Tuesday at 2PM (PST). Visit AsianPacificVoicesRadio.com to listen, or search us on your favorite streaming service.

Youth Programs

Take One Vocational Media Training & Internship Program


Take One is an annual vocational youth media training and internship program provided to aspiring filmmakers and storytellers in Southern California.

Take One Media Arts & Sciences Program provide vocational hands-on media production and digital marketing skills for aspiring filmmakers and storytellers in the underserved communities.

Take One Fellowship Program


ACMA film media arts Fellowship offers opportunity for Take One graduates to produce their own short films as well as mentorship by industry professionals.

Up to two graduates are selected from the Take One Program to continue their work as advocates and young professionals.

Take Nine AAPI Virtual Youth Film Festival


Take 9 will be the only virtual youth film festival established specifically for aspiring filmmakers ages 18-25 years.

Community Empowerment

Asian Pacific Community Connection


ACMA hosts APCC SoCal, a free online business directory dedicated to the Asian Pacific American businesses and cultural events in Southern California.

AAPI businesses can join 800+ listings for legal services, dining, transportation, and more on APCC by emailing info@acmasocal.org for more information.

E4Women in Media Speakers

E4Women & Youth Webinars


ACMA offers free virtual webinar series focused on empowering AANHPI Women and youth in underserved communities.

E4Women: An interactive live platform for sharing inspiring success stories of API women of color in media who have had to overcome gender inequality, cultural barriers and even racial issues.

Youth Webinars: For each webinar, ACMA invites a special guest panel to discuss a variety of topics ranging from activism in media to career readiness and film/creator workshops.
